Well....you may ask......(*GROAN*-Bucky) Actually,our LISTEN page was linked up to our Mp3 site. Until we find a new home for the Mp3's the only way people can listen to CAROLINE BLUE's music is to go to the WATCH page and view our UMTV videos. We will let ya know when the Mp3's are back up again.

12/2/2003-NEW OOPS PAGE AND MONTHLY CONTEST

Hello everyone! Just wanna let all you handy dandy people know of a new feature we have on the CAROLINE BLUE site! We have recently redone the OOPS Picture page and,in the process came up with a humm-dinger of an idea! As you have seen on the page,each pic posted there has a witty comment below it.At the beginning of every month,we will be posting a pic WITHOUT a caption. That's where YOU-the viewer-comes in boy howdy! All you have to do is view the picture,then go to our FORUM and go to The Band category. You'll see a thread started on the contest of each month. All you have to do is reply to the post with your caption-it's that simple! You don't have to be a member of the CB Forum to do this-although it's highly encouraged caus eit's alot more fun! Joining the community is easy and it's FREE! However,if you don't want to join,you can just reply as a Guest. Be sure to tell us who you are though-by whatever name you want to choose. At the last week of every month,the top 5 captions will be picked and a poll will be put up on the same thread as the contest. Then YOU get to vote and whichver caption has the most votes wins! That caption will be added to the photo and credit will be given to the person who created it. Just make sure the captions aren't too long-we don't need stories here-just a short caption. Photos from all phases of CAROLINE BLUE will be in included in this so you never know who might be in the cross hairs-ha,ha,ha!......Um....Also,if YOU happen to have a photo of one of the guys from CAROLINE BLUE-past or present-that you think would be great for this contest-send them to us HERE and it might get put up! You will be credited of course.However,we won't be able to return the pic to you-nor is there any guarrentee that submitted pics will be chosen. Ciao.

11/23/2003-WAYNE ONSTAGE WITH LOVEBONE

Oneida-based band Lovebone was playing at a benefit last night and they had a few special guests join them onstage for a few songs.One of them turned out to be Wayne! He went up and sang 2 KISS songs with them-"Cold Gin" and "Shock Me." He got a great response from the crowd-although the beginning of "Cold Gin" was alittle comical. Right before Wayne started singing the 1st verse,the mic cord came loose from the mic! This happened a few more times and reports are that this was all captured on video! We'll see if we can get a copy of that up here on the site! Some pics were taken as well. We plans on doing an overhaul of ALL the pics that are on the site so it might be alittle while till we get some new pics on the site.Please be patient with us. Peace.

11/10/2003-UPDATES ON CAROLINE BLUE SITE!

We have made more space up here in the ol website so we now have more room for what everyone comes here to see-pictures! Pics from the nasbar show on 10/11 are now up. In addition,the rest of the Halloween pics are up-both live shots and fans,friends & freaks! Just click on the PHOTO link and follow the menus there and they'll take ya right to them boy howdy! 11/2/2003-Happy Halloween & thanks from CAROLINE BLUE

On behalf of everyone from CAROLINE BLUE,I'd like to thank all the people who showed up for the Halloween Bash at Bleachers on All Hallow's Eve! It was great and our Tribute to KISS was very well received.The other bands on the bill were awesome and we were honored to be included on this bill. This was our 1st Syracuse show but it won't be our last! We have some of the pics up now on the site. Go to our PHOTO page and click on the Halloween Link. Due to space constraints, we can't put all the pics up at this time. Yes,you heard that right-a WebTV site. But when you see it,you won't believe it was built by WebTV! We're,of course,talking about West Side Dave's Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Site! This was an email interview that WSD sent to Wayne-who replied with some very interesting answers! To check them out,go to the VIEWS page and click on the link.

10/13/2003-MESSAGE FROM WAYNE

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to all the people who showed up at our Nasbar gig. The band hasn't been in Fulton since Jan 2002! And even with big guns like UTG and RedRum playing,we did ok. I also want to give a huge thanks to all the people who were there who also post on our forum-almost like a family reunion there! Very cool. Updates on this site might be a tad slow for the next few weeks cause we're really concentrating on making our Halloween show the best it can be. If you get a chance,come on out-it's gonna be quite the event!

9/7/2003-MESSAGE FROM WAYNE

I just want to thank everyone who came out to the show last night-it was great! Had a great time and the set went very well. Alot of people were there as well as a host of celebs from the local music community-including the guys from Dogs on Mars, Remnants of 3, Big Bill Blanchard, Joe Precourt from The Bricklayers,Danny from Flatface& The Shemp-Dells, and even the bassist from Smokin Worm-Quinn The Mighty! I want to thank The Threetards and Cliffdiver & 6 Lb Bucket for putting on kick ass shows-alot of people gave me a bunch of compliments on all 3 bands. And,of course,Ham and Small were kickin some major butt on stage! Pics from last night will be posted up soon so keep checkin back! We still haven't heard anything new in regards to our last latebreaking story about Kenny's split from the band.However,news is spreading fast about it..On the LINKS page is a link to Killerqueen's Rock N Rag site. Here is the artcile word for word.....

Apparently,Caroline Blue is again seeking a new member. Inside sources say that Kenny Thunder (aka Simpson) is out and the band is once again on the prowl for fresh meat. After numerous personnel changes, lead singer Wayne Johnson is getting restless to find the perfect lineup. Hey,maybe Wayne should hook up with UTG??

Wow-they got the word pretty quick! Course,Wayne's always "prowlin" for "fresh meat" ("Hey-you be nice!"-Bucky).....In regards to UTG (Under The Gun),they are arguably the most popular cover band in Central NY and just recently lost their guitarist JT. UTG plays covers similar to what Wayne once played while in the band FRONT ROW.....Do I know my info or what-Burma Suave...("Oh please...-Bucky). Although it would be interesting,we do hope Wayne concentrates on CAROLINE BLUE.You can make it happen big guy! Keep checking the site for more updates!

8/26/2003-CAROLINE BLUE PARTS WAYS WITH KENNY THUNDER

In a surprise announcement,we have just been informed that Kenny Thunder,drummer for CAROLINE BLUE,is no longer with the band! We asked Wayne for Da skinny on this situation,but all he said to us was,"Those who know Kenny know why." and stormed out! All this within 2 weeks before the Gatherings show-talk about drama! Our sources tell us that a temp. drummer-known only by the name of "Small"- will be filling in on some of the shows. Unfortunately,the Nasbar show on 9/13 has been cancelled,but the boys are trying to get it reschedualled for next month. Keep checking the SHOWS page for the latest. Personally,all of us at CB.NET hope that the band pulls thru and resolidifies the lineup soon boy howdy! Good luck guys!

6/29/2003-CAROLINE BLUE Shoots New UMTV Video-"Mine,Mine,Mine."

Yesterday on 6/28,The camera/production crew from UMTV met up with CAROLINE BLUE at their practice place (The KISS Barn) in Fulton and shot a new video for the song "Mine,Mine,Mine." It was a very intense session-mainly cause so many things were going wrong.Wayne-"The 1st time we tried to film this video here (about 2 weeks ago),we blew the power.Wouldn't you know it,we did it again this time too! We ended up having to actually running extension cords to the house next door to get power-we were gonna get this video done no matter what! Me and Ham also broke the sprap holders on the instruments we were using so there was a delay there.Plus all our jumping around caused the CD player to start skipping.In addition,it was pretty hot in the barn to begin with.When you start jumping around all over the place,the room became like a sauna!" Judging from the pic of Ham above,you were'n kiddin Boy Howdy! No word as to when the video will be released.Keep coming back here for more updates! Ciao.

5/16/2003-KENNY THUNDER ONSTAGE WITH ALECSTAR

It seems that Wayne's not the only one who's been sittin in with bands to do a few songs.This Friday Kenny Thunder was onstage with his old band Alecstar at The Turning Stone Casino in Oneida! Kenny got up and performed with the band on 2 of their originals-"Living in Fear" and "Standing in the Rain." They got a tremendous response from the sold out crowd. 5/11/2003-WAYNE ONSTAGE WITH SMOKIN WORM

Last night,Smokin Worm performed at Club 48 on their 2nd and last show on their Reunion World Tour. Once again Wayne was there (with his camera of course!) and he was asked to come up onstage to sing "Sex Type Thing" (Stone Temple Pilots) and exchange verses on "Lick it Up" (KISS). It's great to see Wayne singing a few songs with other bands,but it begs the question-"When is CAROLINE BLUE coming out?" We asked Wayne and he said,".....We wanna make sure when we do go out that everything is sounding great. We've been working on getting some shows-starting in June-and we'll be out soon enough!" 5/4/2003-WAYNE ONSTAGE WITH SUB-URBAN!

Wayne continues on his little "singing tour"...this time he's onstage with Sub-Urban! According to our sources,Wayne had just walked in while Sub-Urban was playing "Rock & Roll All Nite" by KISS. JP Shaggy ,Sub-Urban's singer, then called Wayne up to the stage ("Rather loudly I might add.."-Bucky) and then had the band re-start the KISS song! It went over well. ("Kinda funny how JP was tellin people that Wayne is so much like Paul Stanley-yet Wayne was singing a song Gene Simmons sings...Go figure..."-Bucky). Rumour has it that Sub-Urban and CAROLINE BLUE might be doing some shows together in the future. Keep checkin da site for the latest.

Last night at The Brickhouse in Fulton,Smokin Worm played the 1st of their 2 reunion shows.They haven't played out since 1996.What does this have to do with CAROLINE BLUE you ask? Well,Wayne was the original Lead Guitarist of the band when it formed from the ashes of FRONT ROW back in 1993. Wayne was invited up on stage and sang a few songs with Da Worms-which include "Sex Type Thing" (Stone Temple Pilots) and "Lick it Up" (KISS). He got a great response from the packed crowd and we're sure CAROLINE BLUE will be playing at The Brickhouse sometime in the near future! In addition,one of our former handy dandy photogs was there and she managed to snap a few pics of Wayne on stage.Look for them to be posted up on the site soon! Ciao.

4/20/2003-BROADCAST TIMES FOR UMTV INTERVIEW

We've just been told that the interview Ham & Wayne shot for UMTV will air in Syracuse on Thursday 5/1/2003 on Ch. 98 from 8:30-9:30 PM. Hoody Hoo! Check out da UMTV site for the times and stations in your area Boy Howdy! UMTV has already started showing a promo the boys cut last Thursday which will air again this Thursday. In fact,our wonderful informants have told us that,since the boys cut so many promos-not only will they be all over the 5/1 show,but will spill over into the 5/8 show! I'd buy that for a dollar! 4/15/2003-KENNY THUNDER TAKES THE DRUM THRONE FOR CAROLINE BLUE!

CAROLINE BLUE recently held auditions for a permanent drummer. When the smoke cleared,Kenny Thunder became the newest member of the band! His Bio and Facts'N'Stats info will be up soon. 4/9/2003-UMTV INTERVIEWS CAROLINE BLUE

On March 27,Ham & Wayne went down to UMTV Studios and were interviewed by UMTV Host Woderbread! The guys also did some quick promos/intros for not only the "I'm No Angel" video,but videos from other bands such as Peep,Redrum,Thunderosa,Cliffdiver,Kat Tales,Dogs on Mars,and many more! (BTW-if ya wanna know what those bands listed are all about,go to LINKS and click on their banners). According to Wayne,"....basically,everything is improv-so what you see is what you get!" According to the UMTV website,the interview is schedualled to air on May 1st.Go to UMTV to check your local channels and times.We can't wait! Ciao.

4/8/2003- THE WINNER OF THE 2003 BUTT POLL!!

Well it's a 1st here at the polls-we have a tie! The winners are Ham and Roy St. James! This year's poll wasn't as intense as last years,but it was still a grueling fight to the finish! Initially Scooner and Dave Victory got early leads,but then the public became more aware and the votes started flyin in! Last year's winner Johnny Rock got off to a very slow start but exploded forward late into the voting. Roy kept shooting into the lead as more and more housewives found out about the voting! For a long time,it seemed like Roy had this one in a pinch,but towards the end,out of nowhere,the millions................and millions of the Ham's fans flooded the poll...so much that many of them cancelled each other out! However,enough got thru where he was able to tie with Roy St. James! We will have an interview with each of the mighty warriors on this site soon.Ciao!

3/24/2003-SITE UPDATE!

Hello everyone! It's been awhile but boy do we have alot to tell ya! So sit on tight,grab some cheetos,and dig in!
First of all,we have moved everything to the new server! We now own the domain name carolineblue.com and will be using that for the most part.However,don't worry-carolineblue.net will still be valid.In fact,those using that will be redirected to the new site! See-we didn't forget about ya!
There are so many new things on the site,it would just be easier to just say check out the whole site! New pics,new videos-all sorts of stuff! Everything has been organized for easier access.All pics have been uploaded to the site.We are now using thumbnails so when you click on them,you'll get a much larger pic than before! The pics from the last 2 CAROLINE BLUE shows (Angels on 1/25 and The Red Door on 2/22 ) are now up on the site.Click on PHOTOS to check them out!
On the video front we added a few things.The "I'm No Angel" video is now on the site,as well as a live version of "I Can't Do it Tonight"-The Hair in Da Face Mix! Trust us-you'll see why it's named that (HA!). Also on the site is an old vid clip from a show back from 2001 and the UMTV clip of Host Wonderbread commenting on The Spotlight! It's been a long time coming,but if you click on the LISTEN page,you will see a link that will take you to the CAROLINE BLUE Mp3.com page! We have 3 live clips at the moment.We plan on updating the songs with stuff from the current lineup as they become available.
Plus,if you look at the menu bar on every page,you'll see a new link on there.What is it you ask? It's our long-awaited FORUM ! It took awhile,but we finally got it going. Go check it out and tell us what you think!
We just found out that Wayne and Ham will be entering UMTV studios to be interviewed by UMTV's Host Wonderbread! We'll post up details as soon as they are available and will let you know when it airs! That's all for now folks.Ciao.

2/4/2003-CAROLINE BLUE SINGER IN CAR ACCIDENT
We just found out today that on his way to their secondary practice place-the famed Marverenoville-Wayne's car was hit by another car! Conditions on the road were very icy and the other driver lost control of her vehicle and,sliding thru a stop sign,hit the "battlewagon." Reports are that Wayne was shaken up by the accident,but is alright.Apparantly,the only damage was to the car.We all hopin' you're ok baby!

2/1/2003-WAYNE W. JOHNSON SINGS WITH SUB-URBAN

The People at Gatherings By Design got a little surprise Saturday night when Wayne was asked to come up and sing a song with Local Rockers Sub-Urban.It was on "Rock & Roll All Nite" by KISS and he got a great response from the crowd! Wayne told us he felt alittle strange up there without a guitar,but things just fell into place when the song started.Hopefully CAROLINE BLUE will be doing some shows with Sub-Urban in the near future.

1/26/2003-THANKS FROM WAYNE

I just want to thank everyone who come out to the show last night.Also want to give a big thanks to Love Bone for letting us open us for them.Hope to do it again soon.It was alot of fun.It was also great to be onstage with Jerry,Mike,and Roy as Four Large Men for a song.That was a blast-especially since I got to play with a wireless again! The reception CAROLINE BLUE got was great and we hope to see everyone at The Red Door North on 2/22.Take care.

In other CB news,the cheese poll at the UMTV forum has been closed and CAROLINE BLUE was the clear winner! However,the official poll for best video is still going and CAROLINE BLUE is waging a fierce war with Dogs on Mars and Brand New Sin for the top spot.CB just dropped from #1 to #2-so go over to UMTV and put CAROLINE BLUE back on top!

Hey CB Fans and friends! Satchel here with the latest on CAROLINE BLUE.Note-the Guestbook and Monthly Polls ARE back in working order.
We have 2 new pic sections for ya.The 1st involves Wayne's little move he did during the UMTV Promo called "The Spotlight." In addition,both CAROLINE BLUE and Wayne are quite the subject fodder over at the UMTV Forum.Someone put up a poll asking which band has the cheesiest video-and CAROLINE BLUE's "I'm No Angel" was #1 on the list! Wayne saw it early on and actually send an email to alot of people and posted it on syracuse.com.He thought it was funny and actually turned a slam into a nice little bit of promo boy howdy! At last count,there were over 700 views and over 50 responses.Go over to the UMTV site and put your 2 cents in!

Happy New Year everyone! Hope everyone had a great time last night.We here at CB.Net sure did boy howdy!
